Due to limited use we sell our Reims Cessna F 172 N from 1979 with approx. 11,600 flight hours and 42,500 landings. Stationed at the same airfield for over 15 years and currently in operation.

160 HP Lycoming O-320-H2AD with around 1050 hours and 8 years TSO

During the recent 1,000-hour inspection, excessive wear was identified on the camshaft. Consequently, the engine was dismantled and inspected. The camshaft and lifter were replaced and we took this chance to hone the cylinders, ensuring optimal compression for the engine s remaining lifespan.

The Cessna is equipped with following avionic:
- COM KRT-2 (new installed in 2023)
- Intercom PM 1000 II (new installed in 2023)
- Garmin Aera 500
- Power Flarm
- Transponder VT-02
- ELT Kannad 406 AF (new Batterie installed in 2023)
- Becker VOR (inoperative)

We ve recently upgraded to a new KRT-2 Communication Unit and installed a new Instrument panel. The round KRT-2 seen in the photos was the previously installed unit and was kept as a backup. However, it will be removed before the sale and is not included.
After facing intercom communication challenges, we ve invested in a brand-new PM 1000 II Intercom and updated the intercom wiring for future reliability. It s also worth noting that we primarily relied on GPS, so the VOR unit is currently inoperative, and its functionality is not guaranteed.

The internal is rated almost at 10/10, following recent refurbishments. We ve freshly painted all internal fairings and updated the sidewall panels with new leather. All seats have been revamped too.

With 8/10 the external paint condition is still in good shape for this aircrafts age. Recently we repainted the gear fairings and door frames incl. all doors.

The Cessna will be sold with some remaining Spare parts like Tire's, Brake Linings,... .

Additionally, the insurance policy can be transferred to the new owner. According to the insurance company, it's an older contract with favorable terms.
